Deputies responded to the location for a report of a single-vehicle crash. The driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence. Juan J. Diaz Revera, 26, of Herndon, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Without a License 2nd Offence. Diaz Revera was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on his recognizance.
