Deputies responded to the location for a report of a single-vehicle crash where the driver fled the scene. The driver was later located and found to be under the influence. Ian Patrick McCarthy, 19, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged with Driving While Under the Influence. McCarthy was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was released on her own recognizance.
