Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle crash. It was determined that the driver was intoxicated. Christopher Shawn Price, 47, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was released on bond.
