Leesburg, VA (September 9, 2024) – Second Nature Coffee officially opened its doors last Friday with a ribbon cutting ceremony, marking a new chapter for the space formerly known as King Street Coffee. The shop, now under the ownership of Belal El-Atari, Dan Tufts, and Nikki Sicilian—also the team behind Buffalo Wing Factory—aims to bring a fresh yet familiar vibe to downtown Leesburg.
“We’ve been wanting to be in downtown Leesburg for quite a while,” El-Atari shared. “We’re excited to be a part of the community.”
The original King Street Coffee staff has remained, continuing to serve up an array of espresso drinks, teas, matcha, and other local favorites like cocoa and lemonade. On top of beverages, they also offer gelato, pastries, and convenient grab-and-go snacks.
With Leesburg’s growing downtown scene, Second Nature Coffee is already proving to be a key gathering spot for locals. El-Atari hinted at future expansions, including a new patio out back and a broader food menu.
