Deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash. It was determined that the driver of the striking vehicle did not have a license. Franciso J. Gamez Hernandez, 22, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged with Driving without a License, Reckless Driving, and Unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on an unsecured bond.
