The complainant reported that his residence was entered, and two unknown subjects took items. Boualem Ouali, 28, of Falls Church, and Bryan J. Maldonado Romero, 28, of Arlington, were arrested and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. Ouali was charged with Burglary, Vandalism, Narcotics Possession, and Violent Activities Wearing a Mask. He is currently being held on no bond. Maldonado Romero was charged with Conspiracy of Burglary. He was released on bond.
