A fight broke out near East Market Street in Leesburg last night, and someone pulled a gun.
Leesburg Police say they were called to the 700 block of E. Market Street just before 9 p.m. Wednesday night. When officers arrived, they found evidence that a firearm had been discharged during the altercation.
Thankfully, no one was hurt by the gunfire, but the investigation is ongoing.
The details of what sparked the fight — and who was involved — haven’t been released yet. Police are asking anyone who saw or heard anything to get in touch.
