Deputies arrested an 18-year-old Leesburg resident following a report of an intoxicated driver late Thursday night.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 43000 block of Lake Ridge Place after receiving the complaint. After investigating, deputies confirmed the driver was intoxicated.
Raj Matthew Foti, 18, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and later released on his own recognizance.
