A crash in Leesburg led to the arrest of a driver suspected of being under the influence. Deputies responding to the scene determined the driver was intoxicated.
Rebecca Shea Dellinger, 20, of Williamsburg, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. She was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and later released on an unsecured bond.
