Deputies responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash and determined that the driver involved was intoxicated.
Juan Jose Nunez Salinas, 24, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and later released on his own recognizance.
