The complainant reported that a person known to him stabbed him with a glass bottle. Carlos M. Vega Luna, 19 of Sterling was arrested on October 23, 2023, and charged with Malicious Wounding. Vega Luna was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
