In Leesburg, VA, two Alexandria residents, 57-year-old Lucy Lamb and 22-year-old Landon Lamb, face allegations of shoplifting from local retail stores. The incident occurred on the afternoon of Monday, February 12, 2024, when the Leesburg Police Department was alerted to a theft at the Leesburg Premium Outlets. Responding officers located Lucy and Landon Lamb in the parking lot, near their vehicle.
A subsequent investigation revealed that the pair had allegedly taken items from several stores within the Leesburg Premium Outlets and an adjacent shopping center. The merchandise, including clothing, household items, and pet supplies, was valued at over $1,500. Both Lucy and Landon Lamb have been charged with five counts of misdemeanor shoplifting and were taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. They were later released on unsecured bonds.
