The complainant reported that a man forced him to exit his car. Once he was out, the suspect took the car and left the scene. Deputies investigated and located the suspect and the vehicle. Mike Mitchell, 51, of unknown residence, was arrested and charged with Carjacking. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was held without bond.
