Location: 19000 block of Dunlop Mill Road, Leesburg VATime: March 25, 2025, 12:00 a.m. A homeowner in western Loudoun found graffiti sprayed across the exterior of their home. The vandalism occurred around midnight on March 25 on Dunlop Mill Road near Leesburg. According to the Sheriff’s Office, several words were spray-painted onto the property.
