The complainant reported that he was assaulted by a male known to him. Karuppah Balaji, 58, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault. Balaji was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was released on unsecured bond. 06/04/2024 8:25 PM
