A 34-year-old Maryland man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a report of a driver passed out in a vehicle near James Monroe Highway and Limestone School Road.
According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle was blocking the flow of traffic when deputies arrived and located the driver.
Garrett Hajjar, 34, of Myersville, Maryland, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and later released on an unsecured bond.
