Deputies responded to the 800 block of Edwards Ferry Road NE after receiving a report of a vehicle stopped on the side of the road. According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, deputies determined during their investigation that the driver was intoxicated.
William Beltran Lovo, 30, of Rockville, Maryland, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and released on unsecured bond.
