Deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated driver. It was determined that the driver was intoxicated. Medearis Northcutt, 34, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was held pending review.
