Deputies responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident. Upon investigation, the driver of the striking vehicle was found to be driving under the influence. Baher Ghorab, 41, of Fairfax, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Without a License. Ghorab was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was released on a secured bond.
