Deputies responded to a reported crash on Dogwood Run Lane and determined the driver involved was intoxicated. Deeksha Sharma, 45, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal of Tests. She was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and is being held pending judicial review.
