Deputies responded to reports of a vehicle fire and multi-vehicle crash. It was determined the driver of the striking vehicle, Wayne Kevin Walter, 55, of Leesburg, was intoxicated. He was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and later released on his own recognizance.
