Deputies responded to the location for a report of an unconscious person in a vehicle. The driver was found to be under the influence. Edwin Sanchez, 37, of Fairfax, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While being DUI Revoked, Possession of a controlled substance, Obstruction of Justice, and Possession of Paraphernalia. Sanchez was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
