Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash shortly after midnight in the 19000 block of Harmony Church Road in Leesburg. The investigation revealed that the driver, Stephen Gallaher, 29, of Warrenton, was intoxicated at the time of the accident. Gallaher was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and has since been released on his own recognizance.
