Deputies responded to an Assist Rescue call involving a vehicle in the parking lot with an unconscious person behind the wheel. Deputies found the driver of the vehicle to be under the influence. A young child was also in the vehicle and removed by a concerned citizen. The child was not injured Jeanene H. Engel, 43, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Gross or Reckless Care of a Child. Engel was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was released on a $3,000 bond.
