Deputies responded to the location for a report of a single-vehicle crash. The driver was found to be under the influence. Riley L, Soos, 22, of Lovettsville, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (2nd offense) and Refusal of Breath Test (2nd offense). Soos was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
