Deputies responded to the location for a report of a single-vehicle crash. The driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence. Junior A. Alvarado Escobar, 19, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated While Under 21 and Driving Without a License. Alvarado Escobar was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she is being held pending bond review.
