Deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash on South King Street and determined the driver was intoxicated. Jose Mauricio Marquez Dia, 49, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Without a License. He was taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and held without bond.
