An altercation between two individuals known to each other escalated into violence on Meadowview Court in Leesburg. Deputies responded after a complainant reported a physical fight. The suspect, Brandon Sanchez Rubiera, 27, of Lee High Acres, Florida, was arrested and charged with Malicious Wounding. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.
