Leesburg, VA (January 15, 2025) –The Leesburg Police Department has announced that a former resident of Leesburg has been charged with four counts of possessing child pornography. This follows an investigation prompted by a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Following an investigation, the Leesburg Police Department obtained warrants for Vikram M. Joshi, 49, of Virginia Beach, VA, for four counts of possession of child pornography. The Virginia Beach Police Department arrested Joshi on January 11, 2025, and he is being held without bond pending a transfer back to Loudoun County.
