A resident on London Council Lane in Leesburg, VA, reported a theft involving Halloween decorations. According to the complainant, a man wearing a yellow hard hat, white hoodie, black jeans, and black-and-white sneakers took a plastic skeleton and other decorations from the front yard. The suspect was operating a truck during the incident. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information to identify the suspect.
