The complainant reported that a vehicle hit his trailer before fleeing the scene. After an investigation, deputies were able to locate the subject driving the striking vehicle. Kate Nichols, 42, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Felony Hit and Run. She was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was held on a secure bond.
