Leesburg, VA (November 14, 2023) – Beginning on Wednesday, November 22, the Town Hall parking garage will be free to park in as Leesburg continues its tradition of free parking throughout the holiday season.
On-street parking, within the historic downtown, will also be free. There will be a two-hour parking limit on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
