Deputies responded to the location for a report of a disorderly subject. While on scene the male exposed himself and began performing a sexual act in front of deputies. James H. Gammon, 36, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Performing a Sexual Act in Public. Gammon was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on a $1,000 bond.
