Deputies responded to the location for a report of a stolen package. The suspect was seated in his vehicle near the location and attempted to flee the scene. Reddy A. Franco Camargo, 24, of Arlington, was arrested and charged with 2x Larceny. Franco Camargo was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Center, where he was released on bond.
