Leesburg Man Arrested After High-Speed Chase and Multiple Vehicle Collisions

Loudoun County, VA – A high-speed pursuit by Loudoun County Sheriff’s deputies on December 8, 2023, has led to the arrest of a Leesburg man. Rodkeem R. Ceasar Green, 23, now faces multiple charges including Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and felony hit and run. The incident began in the Sterling area when deputies, suspecting intoxication, attempted to stop a white 2012 Chevrolet Impala around 4:50 p.m. The driver, later identified as Ceasar Green, sped away, initiating a chase.

During the pursuit, Ceasar Green reportedly collided with several occupied vehicles and endangered public safety. The chase concluded in the 700 block of Fieldstone Drive in Leesburg, where Ceasar Green abandoned his vehicle and fled into an apartment. He was apprehended shortly after exiting the apartment.

A subsequent search warrant for Ceasar Green’s vehicle and residence led to the discovery of Schedule I and II narcotics and items suggestive of drug distribution. Additionally, multiple firearms, including one with a removed serial number, were seized.

Ceasar Green is charged with DWI, two counts of Felony Hit and Run, one count of misdemeanor Hit and Run, Driving Without a License, and Failure to Stop for Law Enforcement. Currently held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, he may face additional charges related to the narcotics and firearms found.
