Leesburg, VA (June 28, 2024) – A Leesburg man has been charged following an investigation into alleged inappropriate communications with a minor, according to the Leesburg Police Department.
On June 26, 2024, Leesburg Police received a report concerning Jhoshua Quichiz Sagarvinaga, 22, of Leesburg, involving inappropriate online contact with a minor. Following an investigation, officers charged Quichiz Sagarvinaga with one count of solicitation of child pornography and one count of the use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
Quichiz Sagarvinaga is currently held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
