Leesburg, VA (June 11, 2024) – The Leesburg Police Department has arrested and charged a Leesburg man with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance following an unrelated warrant service.
During the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 11, 2024, officers on foot patrol in the 800 block of Edwards Ferry Road NE observed a subject with an open warrant out of Fairfax County. The individual, Terry Dunbar, 20, of Leesburg, was taken into custody without incident. A search incident to arrest revealed a large amount of cash and pills on Dunbar’s person.
Dunbar was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.
