Leesburg, VA – In a significant development, the Leesburg Police Department has confirmed the arrest of 42-year-old Luke Mulligan, a resident of Leesburg, on allegations of child pornography. Mulligan faces two counts of possession of child pornography, marking a pivotal moment in an extensive investigation led by local law enforcement.
The arrest occurred this morning, following a coordinated effort that saw detectives executing a search warrant at Mulligan’s residence on Rockbridge Drive, SE, in Leesburg. The investigation, which led to today’s action, was initiated after authorities discovered sexually explicit materials involving minors on an electronic device belonging to Mulligan.
