A Leesburg resident, Ariel E. Carrasco Inestroza, 27, is facing multiple charges after an incident last Friday morning led to an altercation with law enforcement. The Leesburg Police Department was called to Heritage Way NE in response to reports of indecent exposure. When officers approached Carrasco Inestroza, the situation escalated, resulting in the assault of an officer, who fortunately only sustained minor injuries.
Following the encounter, Carrasco Inestroza was charged with indecent exposure for the third or subsequent offense, assault on law enforcement, obstruction of justice, and disorderly conduct. He is currently being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
