Leesburg Police Seek Community Assistance in Identifying Burglary Suspects

Leesburg, VA – The Leesburg Police Department is actively pursuing leads in the case of an early morning burglary at the Leesburg Tobacco and Vape store. The incident, which occurred on January 25, 2024, at approximately 3:00 a.m., saw the store at 707 E. Market Street, Leesburg, forcibly entered, and items stolen.

Upon responding to a burglar alarm, officers found evidence of forced entry and subsequent theft. The investigation, now in its second week, has identified four individuals believed to be connected to the crime. Leesburg Police Detectives urge residents of the Fox Chapel community in Leesburg to review their home video surveillance footage for any sightings of the suspects between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on January 25, 2024.
