Leesburg, VA (July 26, 2024) – The Leesburg Police Department has charged Mitchell J. Pena, 38, of Leesburg, with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a supervisory relationship following an in-depth investigation.
The investigation began after a report was received in October 2023 alleging that Pena assaulted a juvenile while he was employed at the Escape Room LOCO in Leesburg, VA.
After months of investigation, Pena turned himself in at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on July 20, 2024. He remains held on bond as legal proceedings continue.
The Leesburg Police Department encourages anyone with additional information regarding this case to come forward to aid in the investigation.
