A series of vehicle tampering incidents were reported in a Leesburg neighborhood, where several cars had their windows smashed during the night. Authorities are investigating the vandalism, which occurred between late evening on December 3 and the morning of December 4. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information to come forward.
